Theatre Deli

PROGRAMMING AIMS

Theatre Deli has a focus on supporting emerging artists, companies and communities whose identities, backgrounds, disciplines or work are underrepresented in theatre. We want to programme work that inspires new perspectives and demands action.

We want you to experiment, explore, participate and take creative risks in an environment where it’s as joyful and meaningful to fail as it is to succeed.

TYPES OF PERFORMANCE THE VENUE IS SUITABLE FOR

Theatre Deli is suitable for work in the early stages of its life or work in progress. The studios available are black boxes which are flexible spaces for smaller audiences.

Tech Spec of the Studios

Theatre Deli has a bar/cafe with flexible working spaces and 13 studios available for hire. Our closest stations are Aldgate Station or Liverpool Street Station.

Read our accessibility guide for our Leadenhall Street venue here. This guide is reviewed and updated regularly.

TECHNICIANS

Theatre Deli will not be able to provide a technician for the showings, artists will need to find their own technicians’ support. This will need to be performed by a member or your team, or a specially hired technician.
